3 Ways To Trust

Trust!  I often want to shake my fist at the Universe and say, “Isn’t there some sort of action I can do to move me through this difficult situation?”  And of course the answer that comes back is trust in an action…an internal one that will generate external opportunities. Often when we are feeling like this building (photo), empty, hollow, and being torn down, that’s when trust is the crucial ingredient in our expansion and our creation.

1. Trust — blah, blah, blah…

Let go of all the cynicism that you have been using to keep you from experiencing the pain prior to this moment.  The other day I went through my past relationships with men and just decided to accept what was, instead of wishing what could have been.

2. Your Superhero and your villain

The same energy, talents and power that you are using to be the villain or victim in your life, can be used for “good.”  Today, just be open to the opportunity of living the life you desire.  When you are aware that you are moving into villianship, pause and claim this statement: I trust that I’m being supported and provided for in this experiences.

3. What do you have to lose?

What is the non-trust costing you?  For me, it has been love, support, money, and time.  Holding on to non-trust with the death grip is just not fun and supportive.  I’m willing to let go of that, are you?

Trust is a process.  It is an ongoing practice.  And it is one that I’m willing to participate in, are you?

If you are interested in creating your practice for trust and don’t know where to start, you might consider a Soulful Problem Resolution Session.
